DESCRIPTION:A  Taste of Blacksmithing –  Saturday 2nd of May 2026  – 9am to 12 noon \nThe Wandin Blacksmithing Group are pleased to offer our Taste of Blacksmithing session. Students will learn how to use a forge to heat and shape metal. No previous experience is required. The best part is that you get to take home the finished items that you have made such as candle stick holders \nExperienced instructors teach: use of blacksmithing tools; heat control and blacksmithing techniques. They will also demonstrate some advanced techniques and answer any questions that you may have.  \nCourses are conducted in the historical setting of the Mont De Lancey Homestead and Museum located at 71 Wellington Rd\, Wandin North. \nThe cost is includes use of all tools\, equipment\, PPE and materials needed.  \nTo request a place in the session\, or for further information\, please contact Oskar – oskarhuecherig@gmail.com
